A clinic in Netherlands is now famed for a new type of eye modification called an extraocular implant.

Extraocular implant is a small piece of decorative jewellery that gets surgically implanted on the conjunctiva of the human eye.

The Netherlands Institute for Innovative Ocular Surgery is the only clinic that performs the extraocular implant procedure in the world.

According to their website, it's a quick procedure with no long term side effects. The whole process will cost you about $850 (N170, 000)
