[Firmer Butt]5 easy steps to doing the perfect squat

The right process of doing the perfect squats.
Squats are so in. From Khloe Kardashian to our very own Mo Cheddah, women across the globe have embraced this magical exercise routine that does wonders for the backside.
But the trick with squats is actually getting the moves right. More often than not, folks do the wrong moves and end up not achieving the desired result without realising where the fault is from.
It was for this reason that we sought out celebrity fitness trainer, Uzikwendu who shared with us 5 easy steps to doing the perfect squats.
Here they are:
  1. Spread your arms and legs out with your feet pointing forward and not sideways;
  2. Push your chest and butt out simultaneously;
  3. With your feet planted firmly on the ground, squat down as low as you can. Ensure that your soles do NOT come off the ground while you go down and come back up;
  4. Your chest and your butt should remain pushed out as you go down and come back up;
  5. Ensure you're breathing in and out as you go up and down. Once you've completed this, repeat the process for as many times as possible and gradually increase the number of times as you go along - you could start with 10 and then gradually increase to 20, 30 and onwards.
