Singer Ginuwine is no where to be found.

Friend of the veteran R&B singer Tyrese put up a 'missing' announcement on social media early March 7, 2015 requesting that should anyone find him, he should be noticed.

Tyrese, who collaborated with Ginuwine and singer Tank on their hugely successful R&B album, 'TGT' in 2013, revealed they had a fight a week ago before the 'Same Old G' singer vanished.

Tyrese has posted a photo of the veteran on his Instagram writing below: "APB! I need help.... We can't find @Ginuwine. We were beefing about a week ago. All we gonna do is tell him that we wonna do the #TGT2 #StillKings album. Someone help! Lol."

Of course, it's a big joke... but can some one please tell Ginuwine that Tyrese and Tank need him to come do another music magic with TGT2?

Wouldn't it be great to have these three amazingly talented singers come together one more time?

UK University Researchers Manufactures ‘Pee Power’ Toilet That Turns Urine Into Electricity

A “pee power” toilet under test at a British university have the ability to convert urine into electricity and could bring light to refugee camps, the creators said. UPI was there:

Researchers at the University of the West of England in Bristol teamed with international charity Oxfam to pilot the"pee power" project  with a urinal installed near the school’s Student Union Bar. Professor Ioannis Ieropoulos, project leader and director of the university’s Bristol BioEnergy Center, said the urinal uses microbial fuel cell stacks to convert the urine into electricity that powers the restroom’s electric lights.
“We have already proved that this way of generating electricity works. Work by the Bristol BioEnergy Center hit the headlines in 2013 when the team demonstrated that electricity generated by microbial fuel cell stacks could power a mobile phone. This exciting project with Oxfam could have a huge impact in refugee camps,” Ieropoulos said.
“The microbial fuel cells work by employing live microbes which feed on urine [fuel] for their own growth and maintenance. The MFC is in effect a system which taps a portion of that biochemical energy used for microbial growth, and converts that directly into electricity – what we are calling urine-tricity or pee power. This technology is about as green as it gets, as we do not need to utilize fossil fuels and we are effectively using a waste product that will be in plentiful supply.”
Andy Bastable, head of water and sanitation at Oxfam, said the toilets could prove beneficial in refugee camps where there is no electricity.

Our opening scripture tells us about the boy, Samuel, who, on three different occasions, was called by God, but he ran to Eli the priest, and said, "You called me, Sir." And Eli said, "I didn't call you." Now, understand that this young man, Samuel, was no fool; if the voice he heard didn't sound like Eli's, he wouldn't have gone to Eli three times consecutively.

This still happens with many of God's children today. God's voice sometimes would sound to them like a familiar voice. You'd have to be a man or a woman of the Spirit to recognize that voice when it comes to you.

This is where fellowship with the Holy Spirit through the Word and speaking in other tongues, play a key role. I often feel sorry for those who think that praying or speaking in tongues is not for today, or that it's unnecessary; no; it's for every Christian today. The more you speak in tongues, the more your spirit is conditioned and tuned to hear God. Those who don't speak in tongues find it difficult to know when the Lord is talking to them; they don't recognize His voice.

However, the more you train and exercise your spirit through speaking in tongues, the clearer and louder the voice of God will be in your heart. In addition, you must learn to respond to God's Word the right way, and promptly too!

Message:
There are many people who started well in life but
ended very badly. If only you can look around you,
you will see the giants of yesterday who have
become the weaklings of today. This is not the
design of God but that of the devil. God calls the weak
and foolish so that He can demonstrate His power
and ability through them. The Almighty God
specialises in bringing the hopeless out of a horrible
pit. For those who put their absolute trust in God, He
is always ready to set their feet upon the rock; the
devil on the other hand, is all out to disconnect man
from his source of relevance. He is still busy today
doing what he knows how to do best ; (John 10:10 ).
The more you relate to God as weak and foolish, the
more He put in you the strength and wisdom required
to live victoriously on earth.

The more you yield
yourself to Him, the more He is committed to seeing
you bear fruits. The moment there is a disconnect
between you and God, you will begin to struggle and
experience fruitlessness.

When God called Joshua to step into the shoes of
Moses, He promised to be with him. He also promise
that throughout his life, no man would be able to
stand before him ( Joshua 1:1-5 ). But along the line.
The chain of connection was broken because
someone touched an unclean thing. This resulted in
defeat, contrary to the promised of God ( Joshua
7:5-6). Anytime we get disconnected from the source
of our strength, we get exposed to danger and
become victims in the hand of those who should not
be able to stand before us. Obedience to the word of
God always generates the required strength for our
assignment.

Sustained obedience is a basic
requirement for sustaining our connection with the
source of our strength. Connection to our father is
necessary to maintain open doors. If you continue to
obey and refuse to give in to any disconnection ploy,
the Lord will constantly supply all you need to be
fruitful in this life. If you give room to the devil, do not
expect God to intervene. This is why you must
vehemently resist the devil, stand on God's word and
continue to please God in every situation.

There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways (Psalm 91:10-11).

From our opening scripture, and some of his other writings, we see that the Psalmist, David, was supernaturally protected in his day. The Lord took care of him. He was protected from all his enemies, and from all evil. It's the same with you today. Psalm 91:10 says, "There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling." Halleluiah!

Meditate on the eleventh verse again for a moment; it declares, "For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways." This means that the angels are under instruction to attend to you! The next verse is remarkable: "They shall bear thee up in their hands...." You may not "feel" that they're there, but the Lord says they are; He lets you know how close they are, and how they take care of you: "...lest thou dash thy foot against a stone...." It's that detailed. They're so close, and they're tending to the details of your life, providing supernatural protection!

You may say, "But this hasn't been my experience!" Perhaps, it's because you haven't been conscious of it enough to make it your confession. You need to have the consciousness that you're divinely protected, and speak accordingly. The Word says, "There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways" (Psalm 91:10-11).

Message
It brings great pain to God when His children refuse His guidance. There are many believers still living in bondage because they have refused the guidance of God. There are many in wrong relationships, wrong businesses, wrong careers, wrong locations and wrong vocations simply because they have refused to trust the ability of God to guide them. Many pray for God’s guidance, but they refuse this guidance when the way God is showing them seems different from what they want. Some years ago, a brother was asked to relocate from his company’s branch in western Nigeria to the northern Nigeria branch. The Lord further revealed to him that he would not stay in the north for long but that he should relocate first. On hearing that he would still return to the west, he began to question God on why it was necessary for him to go up north at all, but he obeyed. Little did he know that the Lord wanted to exonerate him from a disaster that was about to happen. After this event, he appreciated the love of God. The scripture says in Isaiah 30:21,
“And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.”

If you partner with God, He will guide you in every area of your life for your own good. He will remove from your path those things that looks good but the end of which is utter destruction. If you are in partnership with God, He will warn you of danger zones. He will warn you against “blessings” that will lead to your destruction. He will guide you against marrying someone who will cause you irrecoverable loss in the journey of life. He will show you opportunities that people despise but which possess great potentials. There are many people experiencing loss everyday simply because they have not trusted in the guidance of the Almighty God who knows everything (Proverbs 3:5-6).

There are times God will say “No” to a beautiful request. When this happens, the one asking feels disappointed. But to the One who has all power, there are great things compared to what is being asked for. In spite of all the prayer efforts you have invested in certain requests, God can still say “No” if He has something greater in the offing for you. Have you been trusting God for a particular blessing for so long? I have good news for you. Do not be discouraged; God has something better for you because you are a child of covenant and because you have no appointment with failure. The best is reserved for you as you trust His guidance and submit to His will for your life.

[ Paracetamol ]Regular use of drug could lead to heart attack and stomach ulcer

According to a study published in the Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases journal, patients prescribed high doses of paracetamol for long periods were 63% more likely to die unexpectedly.   Paracetamol is attributed with a higher risk of suffering heart attacks and even stomach ulcers  

The National Agency for Food Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) and the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has said that the regular use of painkillers especially, paracetamols could lead to heart attacks, stroke and early death, The Guardian reports.

According to a study published in the Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases journal, patients prescribed high doses of the painkiller for long periods were 63% more likely to die unexpectedly.

There is also a 68% higher chance of having a heart attack or stroke and an almost 50% greater chance of having a stomach ulcer or bleed.

Generally, Paracetamol is considered by doctors to be safer than Aspirin, which can cause stomach bleeds, and ibuprofen, which has also been linked to heart attacks and strokes.

But in 2013, NAFDAC and the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) had alerted Nigerians that Paracetamol had been associated with risk of rare but serious skin reactions known as Stevens-Johnson Syndrome (SJS), Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis (TEN), and Acute Generalised Exanthematous Pustulosis (AGEP) which can be fatal.

To this end, NAFDAC encouraged patients to report such cases to their health care provider, who will channel the complaint to the National Pharmacovigilance Centre, even as British researchers say the risks may have been underestimated and are calling for a major review to be conducted into the drug’s safety.

Meanwhile, Philip Conaghan who led an extensive research conducted on patients who took Paracetamol daily observing its effects advised that patients being prescribed the drugs for long periods for arthritis or muscle and joint pain should talk to their doctors about alternative treatments, such as exercise.

Science: Head Transplants Are Coming Soon – Italian Doctor

An Italian doctor, Sergio Canavero, believes that it’s now possible to slice the head off one person, stitch it to the decapitated body of another, and then reanimate the two-human mash-up. What’s more, he says the first head transplant operation could come in two years, New scientist reported.

The goal of such an audacious operation would be to extend the lives of people whose bodies were too diseased or injured to keep the head alive. As Canavero told The Huffington Post in an email, “Go to any neurology ward, ask to see someone with muscle-wasting disorders, and the answer [as to why the surgery makes sense] will be crystal clear.”

That sounds simple enough, if perhaps a bit ghoulish. But not everyone is convinced that head transplantation is medically feasible or ethically sound. And then there’s the high cost of the head-swapping surgery–Canavero’s best guess is $13 million a pop.

Canavero, of Turin Advanced Neuromodulation Group, first proposed the idea for head transplantation in 2013. Now, in a new paper published Feb. 3, 2015 in the journal Surgical Neurological International, he outlines the surgical techniques that he believes will move head transplants from the realm of science fiction to medical fact.
These range from cooling the head and donor body to prevent cell death to using a super-sharp blade to cut the spinal cords very cleanly so that the nerve fibers are better able to fuse. Following the surgery, the patient would be kept in a coma for weeks in order to prevent movement that might interfere with healing.

PHOTOS: Archaeologists Found House Where Jesus Grew Up

The alleged place where Jesus spent his childhood before becoming Messiah may have been found – at least archaeologists say so.


Archaeologists working in Nazareth, Israel, have identified a house dating to the first century that was regarded as the place where Jesus was brought up. According to Biblical Archaeology Review written by a professor Ken Dark at the University of Reading in UK, it was first uncovered in the 1880s, by nuns at the Sisters of Nazareth convent.

It was later excavated by archaeologists in 2006 achaeologists and dated to the first century. The house is partly made of mortar-and-stone walls, and was cut into a rocky hillside; the structure included a series of rooms – one, with its doorway, survived to its full height. The researcher believes that that the house was turned into a graveyard after the Jesus family moved out, then there was a church built on top. “Was this the house where Jesus grew up? It is impossible to say on archaeological grounds. On the other hand, there is no good archaeological reason why such an identification should be discounted,” Dark writes.

British Woman Weds Dog In Expensive ‘Romantic’ Wedding Ceremony – After Marriage To Man Failed

In a rather strange turn of events, a woman has vowed against men and married her pet dog. 47 year old Amanda Rodgers from Brixton in south London was married to a man 20 years ago, but the relationship unfortunately lasted no more than a few short months, so dismayed she decided to swear against men and turn to dogs.

Amanda states that the reason she decided to wed her pet dog was because she had all the qualities that she was looking for in a life partner: “Sheba had been in my life for years, making me laugh and comforting me when I was feeling low.”

Proceedings started out in a traditional way, when Amanda got down on one knee and proposed to her pet dog, Sheba. Though the dog could not respond, Rodgers says that she “could tell by her tail wagging that she said yes.”

More than 200 people attended the wedding which took place in Split, Croatia. Rodgers embraced the day fully making sure that everything was to her liking, adding that: “I’d dreamed of a perfect wedding dress since I was small, I made it myself for the ceremony. The day was wonderful, more fun than the marriage. I gave her a kiss to seal the deal and then everyone threw confetti. It was a wonderful moment.”

Despite it being a rather strange situation, Amanda doesn’t care what other people might think: “I know the wedding to Sheba wasn’t real in the legal sense. But was a nice way to mark what Sheba means to me. Sheba’s never unkind to me and she’s always happy.”

There’s more to life than science and all its discoveries. There’s a reality in the Word of God that’s beyond science and the senses. Science is what man has been able to get from the effective use of his senses; but there’re realms beyond the senses.

As new creations in Christ Jesus, we rule the world through faith! We reign over circumstances and dominate the forces of nature by the power of the Spirit and the force of righteousness.
For example, when we “lay our hands” on the sick, terminal sicknesses and diseases dematerialize! Through the power of the spoken Word, we dissolve cancer, open blind eyes, and unstop deaf ears!
We’re like Jesus Christ, who was an intrusion into the physical realm! When He stepped in, things changed. When He said, “Receive your sight,” the man that was born blind began to see. When He said, “Rise up and walk,” the lame got up to run.

There’s something about the Word of God that’s beyond science, nature, and the senses! The Church needs to get a hold of this reality. This is the essence of living by the Word of God. The Word of God was given to us, not only to inform us, and educate us about spiritual things, but for us to use, and to live the supernatural life. That life is beyond this world. Halleluiah!

CONFESSION
I live above the economy and systems of this world, because the greater One lives in me! I’m not subject to the elements of the world, and my life is a testimony of God’s greatness. Divine might is at work in me, and my victory in Christ is fully assured. Halleluiah!

Message
The presence of God is very crucial in the life of anyone who wants to be influential in the things that pertain to righteousness . Any child of God who does not carry the presence of God will fail because he will be struggling when he is supposed to be shining. In the reign of King Solomon, he observed that all those who could have easily refused to obey his commands submitted to him instead. Only the presence of God guarantees such. 1 Chronicles 29:25 says that,
' And the LORD magnified Solomon exceedingly in the sight of all Israel, and bestowed upon him such royal majesty as had not been on any king before him in Israel.'
Are your subordinate rebellious of despising you? Go and receive the power of God's presence. Are you hiding instead of manifesting? Are your children refusing to submit to your instructions? It means you need more of God's presence.

There are many people who have lost their relevance because they are too choosy. Many people struggle for kingdom assignments that feed their ego, while they run away from other tasks. Some people will give God a list of why what He is asking them to do cannot be done. Making excuses to God can place you on the wrong side of His judgement. ( Luke 9:61-62 ). Excuses can move an individual from relevance to irrelevance. As a genuine Christian, wherever you find yourself, you must be concerned about impacting lives ( Mathew 5:16 ). While David was in the cave of Adullam, all kinds of people with all sorts of problems come to him ( 1 Samuel 22:1-2 ). With the presence of God in life of David, the problems of these people were solved and their status changed. Your success would be measured to a large extent by the number of lives that changed in your ministry. If your ministry cannot impact lives for good, it is either you are not salt, or you have lost your savour.

Several years ago, I visited a friend. During my visit, I observed that his youngest daughter was carried on the back of her mother. This girl would just not allow anyone else to carry her expect her mother. As I arrived at the house, the baby stretched forth her hands for me to carry her, and I did . Afterwards, I prayed for her and left. Months later, the mother of this girl confessed that on the day I visited, plans had been concluded to take the life of the baby, but this plans failed. You must pray earnestly so that your life, your ministry and your family can have more relevance In the Body of Christ. When many fall in the midst of trials, temptations and pressures, it is not because the grace of God is not there; rather it is due to a gradual loss of relevance.

Prayer Point :
Father, remove everything that is hindering my relevance in this generation.

107-Year-Old Man Weds 95-Year-Old Woman In Plateau,Nigeria.

Elder Dikam Garba Dabo’ok and Mrs Ka’a Nafung had lived together as husband and wife for 70 years, . But the couple, now aged 107 and 95 years respectively, have found a new sparkle to rekindle their marital love in the church.The Nation reports:

The church ceremony in Plateau State, has remained the talk of the town in the social diary of the state and may remain so for a long time. This is particularly so because the celebrants are the first couple in the history of the state to be administered marital vow at such unusual ages.

At 95, the bride is well past her menopause. Her surviving first child is 65 years old. The groom, popularly known to many in his neighbourhood as Baba Dikam, is 107 years old and may no longer be sexually active. But all that is not enough to discourage the couple from walking down the aisle arm-in-arm for a new marital oath.

The ceremony, which was held at the Church of Christ in Nations (COCIN), Chizu village in Bwai, Mangu Local Government Area of the state, was a delight to watch as it was packaged in the manner that young grooms and brides would walk down the aisle. The groom was dressed in black suite and a red neck tie to match, while the bride stepped out dressed in a pure white wedding gown with a neatly made hair to match. They drove to the church in separate vehicles, as if they never met before. The groom was accompanied by cutely dressed men and the bride by a long bridal train.

They had a procession and matched into the church separately as if they never met before. They only came together after they were wedded by the officiating pastor. The officiating pastor of the church, Rev. Tongwe Sale, congratulated the couple and admonished them as if they were young couples. He said: “Marriage is ordained by God and it should be kept sacred.” He charged them to keep faith in God since they are still alive, noting that although they are old, they can still be important in the lives of their children and grand children.

Obasanjo who was the skipper for his team  showed some adeptness on the field of play and  scored  the two  goals  while the Special Assistant to the governor on Special Duties scored the only goal for the government team.


Ibikunle Amosun was honoured as the most valuable player of the match, while Mr. Obasanjo won the Golden boot award and Akin Mabogunje got award of Best Goalkeeper of the encounter.
Speaking to journalists after the match, ex-president expressed contentment over the match. He said sports is an essential exercise for both the old and the young.

He said: “I am satisfied and fulfilled, even at my age I cherish sport, because it is relevant to health and we should all endeavour to engage in sporting activities”.



Chief Obasanjo was born on March 5th, 1938.

Johnny Johnson’s 13-year-old daughter stayed up later than usual to finish her homework recently. She was working on a writing assignment that was due in the morning. Her middle school teacher had assigned it a week earlier, but, like many teens, the youngster saved her writing efforts until the last minute.

Mr. Johnson’s daughter, Sabrina, had talked about the assignment earlier in the week. Her job was to pick one of her heroes and tell why this particular person was a hero to her. Gentle reminders from her father about completing the assignment during the week fell on deaf ears. “I’ve got it under control,” Sabrina told him, “I have it already written in my head. This will be an easy one. I just have to take what I already know and put it on paper.”

If your child received an assignment like this, who would they write about—a rock star, athlete, politician or a television personality? Maybe they would write about a teacher, a clergyman or a fireman. One would hope that the recipient of this attention would be someone the parent respected and thought worthy of their child’s esteem and adulation.

Mr. Johnson found his daughter’s assignment lying on the study table after she went to bed. It only took one glance for shock to begin its run through his body. He was stunned by what he read on the top of the first page. Her essay was entitled, My Father, My Hero.

What a compliment! What an affirmation of all this man has attempted to be as a parent! Don’t we all wish our child would write about their mother or father if given this assignment? It could happen. Especially if our actions today are heroic, if we behave like a hero in front of our children. Listed below are several ways to be a hero to your children. Add them to your repertoire of heroic actions.

1. Be the Good Samaritan. Stop to help a stranded motorist. Rake the leaves of an elderly couple. Bake cookies for the nursing home residents. Allow your children to help and witness.

2. Be approachable. Tell your teens that the front porch light is a signal. Whenever it is on, that means you are available to talk, even if you are asleep. Tell the little ones that your easy chair is your listening chair. If they ever have a concern, question or frustration, they can ask you to sit in the listening chair. Follow through.

3. Attend sporting events, concerts and school activities. Be visible in the stands when your child participates. If your child can see you, he or she knows you can see him or her. Demonstrate good sportsmanship and appropriate manners.

4. Search for Solutions. Focus on problem-solving with your children. Minimize blame and punishment. Focus on finding solutions instead. Give them a model of an adult who cares about finding ways to fix things rather than making people pay for their errors.

5. Hold your children accountable. Holding your children accountable for their actions and choices is one of the most loving things you can do as a parent. If you don’t hold your children accountable, someone else might have to.

6. Be consistent. It’s not the severity of a consequence that has the impact; it is the certainty. The kiss of death for any discipline system is inconsistency. Hold your children accountable for their actions with an open heart, and do it with consistency.

7. Take their suggestions seriously. You children have ideas about what to do on your next vacation. They know certain places they like to eat. They have ideas on how to spend entertainment money. It is not necessary to use all their suggestions. It is necessary to hear them all, think about them, and give them serious consideration.

8. Teach. Teach your child to hit a baseball, ride a bike, and use a fork appropriately. Resist the effort to outsource important learning to other groups and individuals. Teach your child to care for pets, treat all living things with respect, and appreciate nature.

9. Invest in experiences rather than things. You child does not need a brand new $400 sandbox with a swing set attached that comes preassembled. He or she needs the experience of going out in the backyard with you and building a sandbox together. One more new toy is not necessary. What is needed is the experience of taking a trip to the lake, the library, or to a rodeo.

10. Make charity visible. Let your children see your trips to the Red Cross to give blood. Let them participate in the decision on how to spend the money in the family charity jar. Let them help pick out the coat that goes to the Coats for Kids program. Allow them to put the money in the church plate as is passed down the pew.

The Chairman, Experts Review Committee on polio eradication, Oyewale Tomori, has said that Nigeria can only be certified polio-free in 2018 “if the country does not record any new case of polio this year.”

Nigeria will not be polio-free in 2015, an expert on the disease has said.

The Chairman, Experts Review Committee on polio eradication, Oyewale Tomori, has said that Nigeria can only be certified polio-free in 2018 “if the country does not record any new case of polio this year.”

He made the declaration during the 29th meeting of the ERC on Polio and Routine Immunization, held at Rockview Royale Hotel, Abuja.

Professor Tomori based his assertion on the World Health Organization (WHO) regulations regarding polio.

“For you to be totally free of polio, would take three years before we can be certified polio free. Polio transmission is just a step in the way; polio eradication is what we are looking for to make sure that there are no new cases of polio in the next three years,” Tomori said.

“The wild polio which we recorded last year (2014) is an issue we need to pay attention to by making sure that this country is totally free of either of the two types of viruses. The job is not finished; there is the need for more funds, because it is even more difficult in the last stage. To rid this country of polio, funding must not only be sustained but improved,” he added.

“The activities we have done so far in this year’s surveillance and making sure they get to the children must be intensified. This country took care of Ebola by doing aggressive surveillance and with aggressive vaccination of our children, we can get rid of polio in Nigeria,” he continued.

Meanwhile the Jigawa State government has developed an injectable polio vaccine and also declared that the state has not recorded a new case of the disease in 28 months.

Right Or Wrong: The Truth About Kissing Children On The Lips

It is becoming a common practice for adults to plant kisses on children’s lips.

Children enjoy being kissed even when they have no idea what it means. A little baby would smile or laugh when an adult plants a kiss on him or her.

Most parents kiss their children as a sign of affection but they will cringe when they see others kissing their little babies on the lips. Some others will however not even be bothered about it.

Some people would not mind if the kiss is from grandparents, siblings and other family members but they would not accept it when it’s coming from friends and peers.

Though some will point out, “I don’t want people kissing my baby on the lips because it is not healthy,” but deep down, you know that is not the main reason. Some parents feel like kissing their children on the lip is something intimate that an outsider shouldn’t do without permission.

Recently, there was this photo of a popular TV personality, Sammy Walsh kissing the 3-year-old son of Ice Prince on the lips. It quickly sparked a lot of reactions. Some said there was nothing wrong with it as he was a little child and besides his family was not complaining. Some others were not comfortable with it as they pointed out that Sammy and the little boy were not related.



Children of all ages see adults kissing one another and most children also receive kisses from parents and other adults. This sends a message that kissing is acceptable.

But me as a mother I can give my child a kiss on the cheek, not on the lips. It also way of showing the child some love,” Itohan Mercy said.

One of our readers said: “It depends of the age, like 0-3, yes but from 4 years upward, I won’t allow outsider to kiss them on their lips. If you love my kids that much, open your wallet bring out money and go and buy him/her dolly baby, no come spoil my pikin for my hand.”

According to Evelyn Osenuya Salawu, who said pecking the lips of a child is quite different from kissing a child lips, she only pecks her child and so it is allowed. She however won’t allow it go beyond pecking from family members.

“If you don’t want anyone kissing your child on the lips, then as a parent don’t kiss them on the lips, so they know the difference. Kiss them on their cheeks,” Atama Mag Edugwu-Imoke said.

Whether you are in support of giving a child a kiss on the lip or not, you should know that the medical side states that it is not safe to kiss a child on the lip, because the adult can transmit an infection to the child.

Babies are quick to contact diseases because of their poor immunity, parents should therefore be careful about who they allow to kiss their children on the lips.

Besides, you might see it as a harmless show of affection but do you know the motive of the person giving your child a kiss. There are many children being sexually abused on a daily basis and some of them grow up with the scars.

As your child grow up, he needs to know that certain kissing behaviours are not acceptable.

Reports hit the net just recently of Nadia Buari’s delivery of twins, many suspected that her baby daddy would be ex-fiance, Jim Iyke, but is he really the father?

According to reports from Ghana, Jim Iyke, who proposed to Buari in one of the episodes of his reality show, ‘Jim Iyke: Unscripted’, is not the father of the child.

Vanessa Gyan, who hosts the Late Nite Celebrity Show on e.TV, revealed that the actress gave birth in the presence of her mother and brother in an hospital in Atlanta, and her fiancé showed up later.

She added that Jim Iyke is not the father of Nadia’s twins and that Nadia is currently engaged to the father of her twins.
According to another report, Nadia and the baby daddy attended University together.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES WEDNESDAY, 4TH MARCH. HE'S YOUR REFUGE... DECLARE IT!

I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust (Psalm 91:2).

Often times, we think about things that happen around us, like when something unpleasant happens to people we consider to be very “good” people, and we say, “If that happened to so-and-so, what about me? That fellow was better than I am!” Well, you have to understand that it’s got nothing to do with who’s better than whom. It’s got to do with our walk with God; our faith in His Word. It’s about our confession.

Our opening scripture conveys the anointed words of the psalmist, David. He said, “I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.” This was David’s confession. It’s got to become your confession as well. Declare that the Lord is your Refuge and your Fortress, your God, on whom you lean and rely, and in whom you confidently trust! Let this be your confession and contemplation; personalize it!

If your confession is wrong, then things will go wrong. Our confessions rule us; remember that. The Bible says, “Thou art snared with the words of thy mouth, thou art taken with the words of thy mouth” (Proverbs 6:2). Notice it didn’t say you’re snared by your enemies, or by the wickedness outside. He said you’re snared by the words of your mouth.

Keep the word of faith in your mouth always. Hebrews 13:5-6 says, “...for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. So that we may boldly say....” Keep declaring what the Word says about you. He’s your refuge, and your strength. Walk through life with confidence and refuse to fear! No matter what you face, or who chooses to plot against you, know that you’re divinely protected!
Greater is He that’s in you, than he that’s in the world (1 John 4:4).

There are certain truths we cannot ignore from
this passage. This passage is meant for those
who are lazy and for those in need of wisdom.
Though ants are small, there are lots of lessons
that can be learnt from them. There are lessons
parents can learn from children, just as there are
lessons leaders can learn from their followers. But
this can only happen in the absence of pride. The
more humble you are, the greater the things that
will be committed to your hands. Because you
have learnt the secret of hard work.

Through hard
work, Paul achieved more than his peers. He even
wrote more books of the New Testament than
those who were direct disciples of Jesus Christ.
The epistles he wrote are still positively affecting
generations far more than you can ever imagine.
Paul never gave room for excuses in the course of
reaching his goals. Little wonder he emerged a
great success in the early Church.
Today, I see a lot of people wasting their time.
They have no goals for their lives. They are not
after anything because success is not a desire for
them. They are just comfortable with the normal
routine of the average person, and that is why
there is nothing significant about them. No
performance, no achievement. Some people are
so lazy that they are not consulted wherever
performance is expected because people already
know what to expect. May this not be your story
In Jesus'Name.

Beloved, you must decide to take
the path of greatness. No great thing come easy.
You must aim high even if you are starting small.
You have no barrier, limitation or excuse for not
achieving greatness in life. The seed of God is in
you. You must say no to those things that are
slowing you down from the fulfillment of your God-
given destiny.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES TUESDAY, 3RD MARCH. CHRIST: THE SECRET PLACE.

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty (Psalm 91:1).

Due to the rate and extent of evil, and wickedness in today's world, many have become afraid, asking, "Does God still care? Can we trust Him to take care of us? Is He close enough to do something?" Emphatically yes! Actually, He doesn't need to do anything anymore; He's already done all that's necessary for your safety and protection.

The Bible says He has raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus (Ephesians 2:6). The one who should be bothered about the problems and evil in the world is the one who isn't in Christ. Christ is our security, peace, safety and protection; He's our dwelling place. Our opening verse is very emphatic about this; it says, "He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty."

To dwell in the secret place of the Most High is to dwell in Christ; meaning He's your habitation. Anyone who dwells in that "secret place" abides under the shadow of the Almighty; that means he's under the protection of the Almighty.

In the New Testament, Apostle Paul puts it this way: "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creation..." (2 Corinthians 5:17). Christ is that dwelling place; because you're in Christ, you are, and will always be, safe. Psalm 91:8-9 says, "Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked. Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation."

As a child of God, you have no reason to be afraid of terror. The Lord, the Most High, is your habitation! The Bible says, "Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day" (Psalm 91:5). You're in Christ; therefore, you're supernaturally protected! Message
Getting your breakthrough does not necessarily depend on the discovery of new methods. But on receiving fresh revelations from the Word of God. Every revelation from the Word produces a manifestation in the lives of individual, and consequently in the life of a nation. While many view God's word as ordinary, a few see it as a divine weapon ( Hebrew 4:12 ).

One reason why the Word fails to deliver its potential to us is our attitude to it. This includes how we see and receive the Word. If you casually take the Word as ordinary, you render it powerless, but if you take it seriously, it will aid your spiritual development. The Word is good for us because it brings hope to a hopeless situation, brings life to a lifeless situation and reverses the irreversible. The Word is the platform on which we should lay the foundation of our desires and requests. The moment the Word is released by God on any issue of life, you can safely act on it. In 2 Timothy 2:15, we are commanded to study to show ourselves approved unto God. There is a great depth in God's Word. By engaging the Word, you are opening yourself up to great revelations, hidden treasures and fresh insight. If you do this continually, you are changing your life subconsciously ( Psalm 119:11 ).

The Word of God is one of the weapons with which you can fight the devil and every unpleasant situation of life. With the Word, you can begin to defeat the enemy during temptations and attacks. The Word is good for renewing your mind, because it reveals God's thoughts to you,and it makes you see things through God's eyes. The Word that God send to meet your needs is all en-compassing. Psalm 107:20 says:
'He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.'
I decree that the Word that will change your life for good and have a great impact on your destiny will come quickly In Jesus'Name. There are some believers who do not tremble at the Word of God. In our churches today, when the Word is going out, there are some people who will be holding discussions with others; chatting about things that do not matter. This should be stopped. We are to tremble at God's Word. We are to pay close attention to the Word anywhere we are. If you tremble at the Word, you will take down notes while reading it and you will put the Word into practice. On the day of the Lord's return, the Word alone will form the basis of assessing what we did. You cannot be a victorious Christian with your own strength. You have to depend on the Word of God to be able to fix every issue of your life.

Urine colour, odour and consistency can provide important clues about a person’s health. Your urine can reveal what you’ve been eating, how much you’ve been drinking, and what diseases you have.

To help people decode the colors showing up in their toilet bowl, the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio produced a helpful chart to help people know what urine colors, from transparent to yellow to pink, may indicate about a person’s health.

According to Dr. Daniel Shoskes, a urologist at Cleveland Clinic, many shifts in urine color can be explained simply by how hydrated your body is at any given moment, according to.
Before you flush, here are a few urine changes to look out for, and what they might be saying about your health.

No colour: If your urine is clear, like water, then it is likely to be a sign that you’re over-hydrated. It could also indicate you’ve ingested a diuretic, a substance found in coffee which forces the body to get rid of water.

Pale to dark yellow: The lighter the shade of yellow, the more hydrated a person is. As the colour darkens, one is recommended to drink more water.

Amber or honey: If your urine is a deep, golden yellow then your body isn’t getting enough fluid. In such cases, pour yourself a large glass of H20.

Syrup or brown: This colour could indicate liver or kidney problems. It could also just mean you’ve been gorging on aloe or fava beans. If drinking more water doesn’t change the brown colour, visit your GP.

Pink to reddish: You should visit a doctor immediately if your urine is pink. It could be traces of blood, which could mean kidney disease, prostate problems, urinary tract infections, kidney or bladder stones or even cancer. Less worrying, the colour could also indicate that you’ve had beetroot or blackberries.

Orange: Apart from dehydration, it could be caused by laxatives and chemotherapy drugs, as well as blood thinners. Food dyes, carrots or too much vitamin C can also cause an orange tint.
